Red Wine Marinated Steaks

  1. Place steaks in a single layer in a dish.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.
  3. Marinate 2-3 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally.
  4. BBQ or pan fry over moderate heat for 5 -10 minutes each side for medium to well done.
