15 Minute Cheesy Chicken & Vegetable Rice

  1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray.
  2. Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until outside is no longer pink.
  4. Add broth to skillet; stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice, vegetables and VELVEETA; cover.
  7. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  8. Stir until VELVEETA is melted.
