Pork Tenderloins Recipe

  1. Criss cross score each of the tenderloins.
  2. Marinate in soy sauce, orange juice, sugar, garlic, pepper and thyme for 2 hrs.
  3. Brown 3-4 min each side in butter and oil.
  4. Remove thyme from marinade and pour marinade over pork in saute/fry pan.
  5. Cover and cook over medium heat till internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
  6. Remove and slice pork.
  7. Continue cooking marinade, uncovered, till sauce reduced by 1/2.
  8. Pour over sliced pork and serve immediately.
