Pork Tenderloins Recipe
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Criss cross score each of the tenderloins.
- Marinate in soy sauce, orange juice, sugar, garlic, pepper and thyme for 2 hrs.
- Brown 3-4 min each side in butter and oil.
- Remove thyme from marinade and pour marinade over pork in saute/fry pan.
- Cover and cook over medium heat till internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
- Remove and slice pork.
- Continue cooking marinade, uncovered, till sauce reduced by 1/2.
- Pour over sliced pork and serve immediately.
