Amish Cake Recipe
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 lrg Crushed pineapple
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Walnuts, minced
- 12 ounce Cold Whip
- 1 sm Vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 lrg Crushed pineapple
- Beat the Large eggs and sugar together.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Using a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till done.
- FROSTING (TOPPING) Mix all ingredients together.
- Blend together, and frost well-cooled cake.
