Guadalajara Guacamole Recipe
- 2 to 3 lg. avocados
- 2 to 3 lg. ripe tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- 1 fresh lemon
- Black pepper
- Garlic salt
- 1 lg. onion
- Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
- Hungarian red paprika
- Tabasco sauce
- Step 1: Peel the avocados and slice into small pcs, place in a large mixing bowl.
- Step 2: Slice the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out pulpy material and place in mixing bowl.
- Step 3: Dice up one onion and place in mixing bowl.
- Step 4: Place 3 c. mayonnaise into mixing bowl.
- Step 5: Slice fresh lemon up and squeeze out all juice into mixing bowl.
- Step 6: Add in the following to bowl:
avocados, tomatoes, mayonnaise, lemon, black pepper, garlic, onion, worcestershire sauce, red paprika, tabasco sauce
