Prosciutto Cantaloupe Bites

  1. Combine lime juice, olive oil, and chili flakes, whisk well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cut prosciutto in half lengthwise.
  4. You will get 2 slices out of 1 slice.
  5. Wrap one cantaloupe cube with presliced prosciutto and secure it on a skewer one at a time.
  6. Put 2 wrapped cantaloupes per skewer.
  7. Arrange them on a serving plate and drizzle with oil mixture.
  8. Sprinkle finely chopped mint when serving.
