Ginger Lemonade

  1. Bring 2 cups water and ginger to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  2. Pour through strainer into 1-qt.
  3. heatproof plastic or glass pitcher.
  4. Measure drink mix to 1-qt.
  5. line inside cap.
  6. Add to pitcher along with the remaining water; stir until dissolved.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  8. Serve over ice.
