Corn Pudding
- 1/2 cup butter soften
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packages corn bread or muffin mix 8 1/2 ounces
- 1/2 cup 2% , milk
- 1 can corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- beat in sour cream.
- gradually add muffin mix alternately with milk.
- fold in corn.
- pour in greased 3 qrt.
- baking dish.
- bake uncovered at 325 for 45 to 50 min until set and lightly browned.
- serves 8
