Corn Pudding

  1. cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. beat in sour cream.
  4. gradually add muffin mix alternately with milk.
  5. fold in corn.
  6. pour in greased 3 qrt.
  7. baking dish.
  8. bake uncovered at 325 for 45 to 50 min until set and lightly browned.
  9. serves 8
