Hot artichoke dip
- 1 can water packed artichoke hearts (14.5 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Drain artichoke hearts and chop.
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and heat in microwave 6 minutes on high, stirring every two minutes.
- Serve with crackers or corn chips.
