Delicious Butter Soy Sauce Mushroom Pasta
- 5 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 packet Maitake mushrooms
- 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
- 250 grams Spaghetti
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 3 tbsp White wine
- 3 knobs Butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced garlic, then add mushrooms.
- Season with salt and pepper, and steam in white wine.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti, and add soy sauce and butter to taste.
- Swirl in a generous portion of olive oil in the end.
