Grilled teriyaki chicken Skewers
- 1 1/2 lb boneless & skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- 1 homemade teriyaki sauce (see my recipe)
- Season the chicken with salt & pepper.
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- Place chicken into a ziploc bag and pour teriyaki sauce over chicken, marinate for 4 hours or overnite.
- Preheat grill.
- Skewer chicken and cook fully.
- Cooking time about up to 30 minutes.
- Turn to cook on all sides.
- Enjoy
