BAKER'S ONE BOWL White Chocolate Fudge

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar (4 cups)
• 2 pkg. (6 squares each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
• 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup toasted chopped PLANTERS Nuts

1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
3. Stir in white chocolate, vanilla and nuts until well mixed.
4. Spread in foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
6. Cut into squares.
