Easy Celebration Ice Cream Cake

  1. Line 9-inch round pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Stand 14 cookies around edge of pan.
  3. Crush remaining cookies.
  4. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs; spread remaining crumbs onto bottom of pan.
  5. Spread strawberry ice cream over crumbs; top with layers of 1 cup Cool Whip, remaining crumbs and chocolate ice cream.
  6. Freeze 4 hours.
  7. Remove dessert from freezer 10 min.
  8. before serving.
  9. Lift from pan with plastic wrap; discard plastic wrap.
  10. Let dessert stand at room temperature until slightly softened.
  11. Top with remaining Cool Whip; drizzle with chocolate syrup.
