Mushroom Lovers' Fantasy
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (such as 1 cup white and 1 cup portobello)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 cup DI GIORNO Alfredo Sauce
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Portabello Mushroom Tortelloni, cooked, drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and wine; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
- Toss with hot pasta in large serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
