Beef Bundles Recipe
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frzn bread dough
- 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1/3 c. shredded carrot
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter, softened
- Thaw dough till soft.
- Brown beef; drain off fat.
- Add in cabbage, onion, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
- Cook till cabbage and onion are tender.
- Set aside.
- Roll dough into a 16 x 8 inch rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into 8 (4 inch) squares.
- Spoon mix onto the center of each square.
- Healthy pinch edges together.
- Place seam side down on greased baking sheet.
- Brush with softened butter.
- Let rest 10 min.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Makes 8 servings.
