Creamy Dessert Nachos with Tropical Fruit Salsa

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray tortillas lightly with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  4. Bake 5 to 7 min.
  5. or until crisp.
  6. Cool.
  7. Grate enough lemon peel to measure 1 tsp.
  8. zest; reserve for later use.
  9. Squeeze 1 tsp.
  10. juice from lemon; toss with mangos, bananas and kiwi in medium bowl.
  11. Process cottage cheese, dry pudding mix, milk and reserved lemon zest in food processor until smooth.
  12. Spoon into separate medium bowl; gently stir in 1/2 cup COOL WHIP.
  13. Spread tortilla chips with pudding mixture just before serving; top with fruit salsa and remaining COOL WHIP.
