Burdock Root Wine

  1. Put the burdock, orange peel, cloves, wine, and sugar in a 2-quart (2-liter) Mason jar.
  2. Cover tightly and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a clean bottle and cap.
  4. Store the tonic in the fridge for 2 months, then enjoy.
