Crawfish Fettucine
- 1 c. butter
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 to 3 lb. crawfish
- 1 pt. half and half cream
- 2 tsp. Tony's or to taste
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- dash of Tabasco
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small can Parmesan cheese
- 2 pkg. egg noodles
- 4 Tbsp. parsley flakes or parsley
- Melt butter; add onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic and lightly brown.
- Add crawfish tails and cook approximately 15 minutes.
- Add cream, cheese, Tony's and noodles and let set for approximately 5 minutes.
- Cook noodles first (add parsley after crawfish has cooked).
- May add mushrooms, if desired.
- When you add your half and half and cheeses, cook on a low fire for approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
