Microwave-Steamed Pancake Mix Bread

• 100 grams Pancake mix
• 100 ml Milk
• 1 Honey

1. Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix them together.
2. Divide the batter into 2 large silicone cups.
3. Microwave for 2.5 minutes at 600 W.
4. Once you can insert a toothpick through the cake without any batter sticking to it, you're done.
