Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps
- 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 8 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 3 cups coarsely chopped fresh mixed fruit (blueberries, kiwi, peaches, pineapple and strawberries)
- 1/2 cup prepared COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix 1 Tbsp.
- sugar with 1/2 tsp.
- cinnamon until blended.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Spray with cooking spray, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Place tortilla wedges, cinnamon sugar sides up, in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
- Combine fruit, remaining sugar and cinnamon in medium serving bowl.
- Add lemonade; toss to coat.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
