Tomato Bacon Bites
- 8 pieces Bacon
- 1 whole Tomato
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 dash Fresh Black Pepper
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cans Flaky Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook bacon until crispy; drain and set aside.
- Dice tomato and put in a large mixing bowl.
- Add mayo, all spices, and cheese.
- Crumble bacon and add to bowl.
- Mix all ingredients until incorporated.
- Open tube of biscuits and pull each biscuit apart into thirds.
- Push biscuit dough down into mini muffin pan forming a little bowl.
- Some of the dough will come out over the top.
- With a small spoon, fill biscuits with bacon mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
