Asian Barbecue Chicken

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top freezer bag.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade.
  6. Place marinade in a small saucepan.
  7. Bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute.
  8. Place chicken on the grill.
  9. Grill for 20 minutes or until done, turning and basting frequently with the marinade.
  10. I served mine with fried rice!
