Fresh Tomato Biscuits

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Press each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Place biscuit circles on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes.
  6. Spread each biscuit evenly with about 2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture.
  7. Top evenly with tomato slices.
  8. Bake at 400 for 6 more minutes or until mayonnaise mixture is bubbly.
  9. Serve immediately.
