Sour Cream Biscuits

  1. Heat oven to 450.
  2. Mix baking mix and sour cream until dough forms.
  3. Turn dough onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix.
  4. Roll gently in baking mix to coat and shape into ball.
  5. Knead 5 times.
  6. Roll or pat 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Cut with 1 3/4" round cutter dipped into baking mix.
  8. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
