Sparkling Fruit-Flavored Dessert

  1. Add hot water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Gradually add club soda, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir an additional 30 sec.
  4. ; cover.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Stir well with whisk.
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture into each of 32 dessert dishes (or into each of 8 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
  8. Top each with 1 rounded Tbsp.
  9. whipped topping.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
