Cucumber-Yogurt Dip

  1. In a bowl stir together yogurt, dill, mint, chives, juice, garlic and salt.
  2. Let stand 15 minutes or refrigerate up to 12 hours.
  3. Before serving, stir in cucumber.
  4. Season with salt & pepper.
  5. Top with dill sprig.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers, pita chips or veggies.
  7. This yields about 24 two tablespoon servings.
