Egg Yolk Sponge Cake Recipe

  1. Beat egg yolks till light with a beater; add in sugar gradually.
  2. Then warm water, beating meanwhile.
  3. Add in flour, sifted with baking pwdr and salt; beat thoroughly.
  4. Turn into angel food cake pan.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven 300-350 degrees about 1 hour.
