Morning Fruit Salad

  1. Scoop out cantaloupe with melonballer and place balls in a bowl.
  2. You should have about 2 cups.
  3. Pour any cantaloupe juice in bowl.
  4. Peel kiwi.
  5. Cut crosswise into thin slices, then quarter the slices.
  6. Add to cantaloupe.
  7. Set aside 4 of the most attractive strawberries for garnish.
  8. Hull and slice enough strawberries lengthwise to make 1 cup, place in the bowl.
  9. Add raspberries.
  10. Sprinkle fruit salad with chopped mint leaves and drizzle with orange juice.
  11. Toss gently.
  12. Refrigerate, covered for 1/2 hour for flavors to blend together.
  13. Divide salad among 4 bowls.
  14. Garnish each with a whole strawberry and a sprig of mint.
