Honey Soy Fish In 10 Minutes

  1. Chop up stingray fish into bite size then pat dry and coat it with cornstarch then shake off excess flour
  2. Heat up oil then pan fried stingray or any fish for about 3 to 5 minute or longer depending on the size and thickness of the fish
  3. Add in dice onion and mix well for 2 minute then add red chili pepper
  4. Mix well honey soy sauce and set aside
  5. Pour honey soy sauce onto the cooked fish and mix well and stir fry for another 2 minutes till sauce are almost dry then off heat and serve
