Honey Soy Fish In 10 Minutes
- 2 cup stingray or any fish
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 small red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or any oil
- Chop up stingray fish into bite size then pat dry and coat it with cornstarch then shake off excess flour
- Heat up oil then pan fried stingray or any fish for about 3 to 5 minute or longer depending on the size and thickness of the fish
- Add in dice onion and mix well for 2 minute then add red chili pepper
- Mix well honey soy sauce and set aside
- Pour honey soy sauce onto the cooked fish and mix well and stir fry for another 2 minutes till sauce are almost dry then off heat and serve
