Pizza with Prosciutto, Green Olives and Rosemary
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced white onion
- 1/2 cup whole pitted green olives
- 3 slices prosciutto (30 g)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll pizza dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray, stretching dough as needed to fit.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough; top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake on bottom oven rack 18 min.
- or until crust is golden brown.
