Mediterranean Dinner Salad

  1. LAYER vegetables in a deep, straight-sided salad bowl.
  2. POUR dressing over vegetables.
  3. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  4. TO serve, line each plate with lettuce leaves.
  5. TOSS vegetables and spoon over Romaine leaves.
  6. GARNISH with cheese.
