Buffalo Chicken Nachos

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Dump the shredded chicken in a big bowl and add the buffalo sauce.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Add the beans and toss.
  5. Arrange a layer of chips on a baking sheet or an oven-proof shallow dish.
  6. Pile on some chicken and beans.
  7. Sprinkle the cheeses on top.
  8. Broil until cheese has melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes, if that.
  9. Top with scallions and avocado.
