Banana Split Cake
- 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- about 3 bananas
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 small can chocolate syrup
- maraschino cherry halves
- Line 9 x 13-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
- Mix together softened margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Spread over graham cracker crust.
- If too thick to spread, add a little pineapple juice.
- Slice bananas over this layer.
- Cover with crushed pineapple.
- Cover with Cool Whip.
- Top with chopped nuts.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries.
- Chill at least 3 hours.
