One-Pan Peanut Chicken and Rapini

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Broil, 8 inches from heat, 10 min.
  4. Meanwhile, mix next 3 ingredients until blended.
  5. Remove chicken from oven.
  6. Reserve half the peanut butter mixture; brush remaining onto chicken.
  7. Toss rapini with reserved peanut butter mixture; add to baking sheet with chicken.
  8. Broil 10 to 15 min.
  9. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
