One-Pan Peanut Chicken and Rapini
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) rapini
- Heat broiler.
- Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Broil, 8 inches from heat, 10 min.
- Meanwhile, mix next 3 ingredients until blended.
- Remove chicken from oven.
- Reserve half the peanut butter mixture; brush remaining onto chicken.
- Toss rapini with reserved peanut butter mixture; add to baking sheet with chicken.
- Broil 10 to 15 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
