Ham Rolls Continental
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham
- 6 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Swiss Cheese Slices
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears, thawed, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cover each of 6 of the ham slices with second ham slice and 1 cheese slice.
- Top evenly with broccoli.
- Roll up ham, starting at one of the short ends of each stack; secure with toothpicks.
- Place, seam-sides down, in 10x6-inch baking dish; set aside.
- Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
- Add flour and seasonings; mix well.
- Cook 2 min.
- or until bubbly, stirring constantly.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended.
- Bring to boil; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Pour evenly over ham rolls; sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until heated through.
- Remove and discard toothpicks before serving.
