Ham Rolls Continental

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cover each of 6 of the ham slices with second ham slice and 1 cheese slice.
  3. Top evenly with broccoli.
  4. Roll up ham, starting at one of the short ends of each stack; secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place, seam-sides down, in 10x6-inch baking dish; set aside.
  6. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  7. Add onions; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
  8. Add flour and seasonings; mix well.
  9. Cook 2 min.
  10. or until bubbly, stirring constantly.
  11. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended.
  12. Bring to boil; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  13. Pour evenly over ham rolls; sprinkle with paprika.
  14. Bake 25 min.
  15. or until heated through.
  16. Remove and discard toothpicks before serving.
