Karen's Enchiladas

  1. Brown beef with green pepper and onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Grease bottom of a broiler pan, well.
  4. Preheat oven to 350*.
  5. Mix all can goods together.
  6. Heat to hot, but not boiling.
  7. Measure 2 cups of sauce and set aside.
  8. Combine beef into rest of the sauce and mix well.
  9. Place 1/3 cup of meat sauce in each tortilla.
  10. Roll up and set seam side down in prepared pan.
  11. Pour saved sauce over tortillas.
  12. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake until cheese is golden brown.
  13. (about 15 minutes).
