Rice Beverage
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute (sugar substitute)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (add nutritional supplements vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Calcium to make as nutrit)
- Put in blender.
- Process until creamy.
- Strain.
- Discard solids.
- Store for two-three days in refrigerator.
