Cherries Jubilee
- 1-1/4 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract, divided
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted, divided
- 1 can (21 oz.) light cherry pie filling
- Pour milk and 1/4 tsp.
- of the extract into large bowl.
- Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping and 1 Tbsp.
- of the almonds.
- Mix pie filling and remaining 1/4 tsp.
- extract.
- Layer pudding mixture and pie filling alternately into eight dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1 Tbsp.
- almonds.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
