Cherries Jubilee

  1. Pour milk and 1/4 tsp.
  2. of the extract into large bowl.
  3. Add dry pudding mix.
  4. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  5. or until well blended.
  6. Gently stir in whipped topping and 1 Tbsp.
  7. of the almonds.
  8. Mix pie filling and remaining 1/4 tsp.
  9. extract.
  10. Layer pudding mixture and pie filling alternately into eight dessert glasses.
  11. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  12. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1 Tbsp.
  13. almonds.
  14. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
