Hot Crab Canape Recipe
- 2 c. frzn crabmeat
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1/2 jar capers, liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- Dash Tabasco
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- Dash paprika
- Mix all ingredients, except cheese and paprika, well and pour into casserole.
- Sprinkle with cheese and dash of paprika.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 min.
- Serve on crackers.
- Yield: about 20 servings.
