Veggie Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Saving the breadcrumbs for last, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Then add the bread crumbs.
  4. (This gets messy).
  5. Using your hands, combine all ingredients until completely covered.
  6. Grease a baking dish and add the veggies to the pan.
  7. Cook for 45 minutes.
  8. Add a dash of parmesan on top for extra flavor!
  9. Enjoy!
