Mexican Chocolate Pecan Riches

  1. In top of double boiler on in heavy saucepan over low heat melt chocolate and butter; set aside.
  2. In large bowl beat eggs to blend, then beat in sugar, corn syrup, chocolate mixture, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Turn into greased 2-quart, 2-inch deep baking dish.
  5. Place in pan with 1/2-inch hot water.
  6. Bake in preheated 350F oven 40 minutes or just until set.
  7. Remove from water; cool thoroughly on rack.
  8. Spoon into dessert dishes.
