Chipotle Copy Cat ( Grilled Corn Salsa )

• 6 large Sweet Yellow Corn
• 2 each Poblano Chilies
• 1/2 medium Red Onion
• 2 large Red or Green Jalapenos
• 1/3 cup Fresh Cilantro ( chopped)
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 pinch Salt and Pepper (to taste)

1. Roast the corn and poblano chilies on a grill until a little golden brown and let it cool down
2. Cut corn off cob
3. Dice the poblanos chilies.
4. red onions , and jalapeno into small pieces
5. Add the corn and salt and pepper and enjoy
