Sylvia'S Shepherd'S Pie

  1. Saute ground beef and onions together.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add pinch of sage, 1 pinch of mustard.
  4. Cook until brown; drain and wash off.
  5. Peel diced boiled potatoes, then mash boil beans, corn and carrots separately.
  6. Cook squash until tender (drain).
  7. In square 9 x 9-inch pan.
  8. Layer ground beef mixture, green beans, squash, corn, carrots, mashed potatoes.
  9. Cover with cheese.
  10. Bake at 325u0b0 until cheese is melted and browned.
