Ichigo

• 1 strawberry, plus 1 strawberry slice for garnish
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• Ice
• 2 1/2 to 3 ounces sake
• 1 1/2 teaspoons peach schnapps
• 1 ounce guava nectar or juice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberry with the sugar.
2. Add ice, the sake, schnapps and guava nectar and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the strawberry slice.
