Easy Gelatin Salad Recipe

• 1 (3 ounce.) box Jello (orange, lemon or possibly lime)
• 1 (8 ounce.) can liquid removed, crushed pineapple
• 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 of 9 ounce. Cold Whip (more or possibly less)
• 1 (11 ounce.) can liquid removed mandarin oranges

1. Or possibly 1 small can liquid removed fruit cocktail.
2. Prepare Jello according to directions.
3. Chill and let set till "wiggly".
4. Then beat on high speed with electric mixer till light, airy and about double in volume.
5. Then mix in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows and Cold Whip.
6. Chill till set.
7. Salad can be made and ready in 2 hrs or possibly less.
8. Liquid removed maraschino cherries and/or possibly minced walnuts may also be added.
