Soft Milk Mochi With Rice Bran

  1. Mix the kinako and brown sugar together.
  2. Put the ingredients into a frying pan, and add the milk little by little, while mixing.
  3. Heat over low heat while mixing with a spatula, until it starts to thicken, like warabi mochi.
  4. When it comes together, take it off the heat, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Coat each piece in the kinako and sugar from Step 1, and you're done.
