Soft Milk Mochi With Rice Bran
- 200 ml Milk
- 4 tbsp Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Rice bran
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Kinako
- 1 Brown sugar (or sugar)
- Mix the kinako and brown sugar together.
- Put the ingredients into a frying pan, and add the milk little by little, while mixing.
- Heat over low heat while mixing with a spatula, until it starts to thicken, like warabi mochi.
- When it comes together, take it off the heat, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Coat each piece in the kinako and sugar from Step 1, and you're done.
