Fettuccine with Snow Peas and Walnuts

  1. Saute onions and pancetta in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until pancetta is crisp and onions are tender and lightly browned.
  3. Add garlic; cook 1 min.
  4. Stir in wine and cream.
  5. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Add cheese; cook 1 min.
  8. or until melted, stirring constantly.
  9. Add pasta, snow peas and walnuts; cook just until heated through, stirring frequently.
  10. Season with the salt and pepper.
