Ground Beef Casserole
- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. elbow macaroni
- Brown ground meat.
- Drain. Add chopped bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Season with salt, red and black pepper and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Boil noodles and add noodles and cream of mushroom soup to mixture.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Top with shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
