Chocolate Marshmallow Haystacks Recipe

• 3 ounce. cream cheese
• 2 c. sifted confectionery sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• Dash of salt
• 3 c. mini marshmallows
• 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
• 2 (1 ounce.) pcs unsweetened chocolate, melted
• Flaked coconut

1. Combine softened cream cheese and lowfat milk.
2. Mix till well blended.
3. Gradually add in sugar.
4. Stir in the melted chocolate, vanilla and salt.
5. Mix in marshmallows.
6. Drop by rounded tsp.
7. into coconut.
8. Toss till well covered.
9. Place on baking sheet and refrigeratein refrigerator till hard.
