Quick Chicken Salad

  1. Shred pre-cooked chicken add to bowl.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  3. Garnish by slicing 2 reserved eggs lengthwise and layer over the top.
  4. Sprinkle w/ green onions, & cayenne/paprika.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  6. Serve w/ crackers, tortillas, or on sub roll.
  7. Enjoy!
